Refund policy

Returns
Blythe & Grace honors returns of items for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs incurred when the item was delivered cannot be refunded. 

When returning an item, please ensure that it is appropriately packaged and insured. Blythe & Grace is not liable for damages or loss incurred when an item is returned. Items that arrive to us damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus shipping and handling costs.

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at Hello@blytheandgrace.com. We will provide you with exchange instructions.
